This console is the single entry point for reviewing the InterviewFirst prototype end to end — from the public landing page through requisition, approval, sourcing, the candidate journey, the AI interview itself, and the offer. Each workspace below is a self-contained build seeded with the TeckValley demo data. Sheela conducts and scores every interview; humans make every hiring decision.
The journey below is the order a real hire moves through the platform. Click any step to jump to its workspace card.
This console is only for demo purposes, so some data can be mismatched. Follow the best practice below to check the full flow.
Eight self-contained builds. Everything runs in the browser with seeded demo data — no install, no backend.
The public marketing site: what the product does, plain-language pricing, and the core promise that AI conducts the interviews while humans decide every hire.
The org console where the TeckValley workspace is set up: company profile, roles, and the requisition configuration every other workspace reads from.
Raises requisitions like VEREQ1005, tracks them through approval, reviews Sheela’s scored interview results, and records the final call: Hire, Reject, or On Hold.
Every requisition passes a two-step approval chain before recruiting starts — approve, request changes, or reject, with the full decision history tracked.
The kanban sourcing board: candidates move across pipeline stages on approved requisitions, with call history, scheduling, and Selected / Offered tracking.
The full candidate lifecycle: Google sign-in registration, profile and interview scheduling, the OTP-gated offer with version history, and onboarding document uploads.
Where the interview actually happens: audio & video setup, a Conversation round and a Coding round in either order, live coding with real language starters, and a clear fair-play promise.
The offer workspace: compensation build-up, HR Head approval flow, publishing offers to candidates, revision history, and reviewing onboarding submissions.
