InterviewFirst Review Console
Prototype · · TeckValley demo
Stakeholder review · Full hiring lifecycle

Every InterviewFirst workspace, one console.

This console is the single entry point for reviewing the InterviewFirst prototype end to end — from the public landing page through requisition, approval, sourcing, the candidate journey, the AI interview itself, and the offer. Each workspace below is a self-contained build seeded with the TeckValley demo data. Sheela conducts and scores every interview; humans make every hiring decision.

How the system flows

The journey below is the order a real hire moves through the platform. Click any step to jump to its workspace card.

Candidate ↔ Desktop App The candidate moves between the portal and the interview app: scheduled in the portal, interviewed in the app, then back to the portal for the offer.

How to use this Review Console for Demo

This console is only for demo purposes, so some data can be mismatched. Follow the best practice below to check the full flow.

  1. Someone (e.g. Irfan, Augustine or Joseph Boovalingam) needs to open the Landing Page and create a fresh account by signing up with an imaginary company, e.g. ABC Technology, and fill in other details. The email domain should match the company name. The phone number can be dummy as well. You will not receive any real OTP — enter any OTP and it will let you into the Company Admin Panel.
  2. Inside the Admin Panel, invite your imaginary hiring team — Manager, Approver, Recruiter, and HR.
  3. Note down these email IDs and access the other portals using those emails only.
💡 By doing this, you can see the full journey of a requisition and the user end to end.
